A: PRINT SALES

Each image is printed to order and delivered directly to your door from an award winning professional print lab.

Please note that the colours of the print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, this is due to different monitors displaying colours differently.

B: SIZE OPTIONS

Prints are available in the following sizes
Standard format prints:
- 18 x 12 inches (close to A3)
- 24 x 16 inches (close to A2)
- 30 x 20 inches
- 36 x 24 inches
Panoramic prints::
- 24 x 8 inches
- 36 x 12 inches
- 48 x 16 inches
- 60 x 20 inches

Each image is available as a full bleed borderless print

Please note that the print size dimensions are the full size of the paper including any border.

Images are provided in Lustre finish, probably the most familiar and popular type of print finish. Its semi-matt surface means that light won’t reflect and obscure the image so it retains its colour for a beautiful, vibrant image. Images are printed on 230gsm thickness Fujicolor Professional DP II Lustre photographic paper.

C: ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

The above size options represent standard print offerings. The images are printed using Loxley Colour (www.loxleycolour.com) so I am able to offer images in any of the formats or sizes provided by the lab. This includes canvases, metal prints, acrylics etc. Please enquire for any specific requirements and I will provide a quotation for your specific needs.

D: POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

I aim to process orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 15 business days for the order to be delivered by the professional photo lab.

Free postage in the UK. For all over destinations please contact me before placing any order.

Prints will be dispatched directly from the professional photo lab to your door using Royal Mail First Class postage in the UK.

Prints up to A3 size will be packed against a sturdy board within a cellophane pouch and placed inside a "please do not bend" envelope. Prints larger than A3 will be rolled and placed inside a sturdy cardboard shipping tube.

E: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

As the images are printed to order I regret that I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations unless the item is damaged, in which case a reprint will be provided free of charge upon return of the damaged item. Please let me know of any problems with your delivery, along with photographs of any damage, as soon as possible so that I can address any issues.

The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs and all items should be unused and returned in their original packaging.

CUSTOMER DATA

For print sales, each image is printed to order and delivered directly to your door from an award winning professional print lab and as such your name and delivery address (including email address and telephone number if supplied) will be passed on to third party companies purely for the purposes of delivery.

No credit card or other financial information is passed to me or third party companies. This is managed by STRIPE. Please visit www.stripe.com for further details.
